Dear LUDOS Asia Backers,

We hope you all had a nice summer and everyone is doing great, ready for some autumn conventions, game nights and fun time with your favorite games, friends and family. We'd like to give you the latest update on fulfilment, as we know that some of you are eagerly waiting to receive their LUDOS Asia copies. 

Shipping update 🛳️

Backers from the UK: the vessel carrying your games arrived in the UK on the 29th of August, and has been cleared for customs since then. It should take the shipment about another week to reach the warehouse, where Zatu will swiftly process your orders and ship your games. Given this, you'll receive your orders in the second half of September. Thank you for your patience as we deliver your games.

Backers from the US: 98% of orders are now fulfilled. If you haven't yet received your games it's because we are shipping your order from within the USA. The vessel carrying your games has long reached the US, but to our biggest unpleasant surprise, once UPS took over 30 carton boxes, they 'forgot' to scan them and now they are reported missing. Don't ask how they can lose 30 large boxes 🤨 Anyway, we have already taken measures, and shipped some games by air to the US warehouse. They should be arriving this week, and the remaining 25 US orders will be shipped out very soon. As always, no order will remain unfulfilled at Lemery Games! 😉

Rest of the world: you should now have received your games. If you are located on an island in Portugal or Spain, your order will be shipped within a few days by Fedex and you will receive a tracking number via email. If your address is at a distant location in Denmark or Belgium, your orders will be shipped together with UK Backer shipments. 

LUDOS Africa - launching September 16th 🔥

We understand that the Africa campaign is launching before some of you receive their copies of LUDOS Asia. We believe in transparency and trust, and totally understand that even if you were planning to back the Africa collection, you need to check out Asia first. That's why we decided to grant the LUDOS Africa early bird freebie to any LUDOS Asia Backer (who backs the LUDOS Africa Collection pledge or higher) even if you back later during the campaign. We do appreciate any early Backer though, as it helps place the campaign in the front line of Kickstarter 🙏

We are thrilled to announce that LUDOS Africa hasn't launched yet, but Kickstarter honored the campaign already with their 'Project We Love' badge. Thank you all for being a part of this journey!

LUDOS Asia game donations 😇

We are super happy to let you know that all game donations arrived to the respective organizations safe and sound, namely:

• 300 games to the Children of Mekong NGO - distributing the games in Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
• 400 games to Chai Lifeline - distributing the games as Christmas presents to children and families impacted by illness and crisis.
• 800 games to Karkhana Samuha - distributing the games to schools in Nepal and integrating them in their learning programs.
• 2 Collection boxes to the Asian Rural Institute in Japan.

Hello Game Explorers,

It's been a month since we started fulfilling orders, and things are going smoothly. We'd also like to thank you, as you've been very responsive to our updates and messages, which helps a lot in this crucial step 🤝

Fulfilment status update 😉

If you haven't received your order yet, there is no need to worry, as we are still working on fulfilling rewards. Below you'll find more information related to your region's fulfilment progress:

Backers from US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia, South America: your orders were shipped 3 weeks ago, and you should all have received your package, or at least the tracking info to follow your shipment (please don't forget to check your spam folder for an email from [email protected]). If you are on holiday and based on tracking, your order is waiting to be picked up at your local post office, please try to ask someone to pick it up for you before the package gets returned to our overseas warehouse, as we'll have to charge a redelivery fee. Exceptions: US Backers who ordered specific items for our previous games (e.g. Chili Mafia playermat) will have their orders shipped in about 2-3 weeks, once the vessel carrying some of our games arrives at our US warehouse. We will ship rewards to Peruvian Backers in the first half of September. If you have any inquiries about your order, please email us at [email protected]. 

Backers from Europe: the same applies to your orders as for above mentioned regions, however please note if you provided a remote address (like an island in Spain) or a PO BOX address, your orders will be shipped about 2 weeks after this vessel arrives at our EU warehouse. Thank you for your patience as we organize the delivery of your packages. 

Backers from the UK: your orders will be shipped directly from the UK. The vessel carrying your games is already en route, scheduled to arrive at port on August 25th. You can follow the cargo here. Once cargo arrives in the UK, Zatu will ship your games the soonest possible. If all goes according to plan, you'll receive LUDOS Asia at your doorstep by mid September.

LUDOS Africa reveal 🦁🥁

We just received the prototype copy of LUDOS Africa and just couldn't wait any longer to share it with you all. Many of you had pretty amazing guesses about what might be the games featured in the Africa collection. Let's dive right in:

We'll be back early September with another fulfilment update for any outstanding shipments and some more info about LUDOS Africa. Oh, by the way, we'll be at SPIEL Essen this year with a booth so please feel free to drop by and say hello. We'll have the prototype of LUDOS Africa with us too! 🤗

We are back again to let you know that the fulfilment warehouse received the games and has already started the fulfilment process! 🥳 Please read 'Shipping info' below to learn about your shipment based on your location.

Backers from US, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia, South America: most of your orders will be shipped within 2 weeks. Once your packages leaves the warehouse, you'll receive an email from [email protected] with tracking information. Please note, if you provided a remote address (like an island in Spain) or a PO BOX address, it will take a few weeks longer to organize the shipping of your package. If you have any inquiries about your order, please email us at [email protected]. 

Backers from the UK: your orders will be shipped directly from the UK. For that we need to freight ship your orders to the UK first. Worry not, as the vessel carrying your games is already scheduled to set sail on July 22nd. You can follow the cargo here. Once it arrives in the UK, Zatu will ship your games the soonest possible. If all goes according to plan, you'll receive LUDOS Asia at your doorstep by mid September.

Next LUDOS Collection: Africa 🦁

We promised to reveal the next LUDOS collection soon. So, here we go! LUDOS: Africa is coming this fall to Kickstarter with 4 authentic games from Africa. Stay tuned as we reveal the 4 games in the coming months. Any guesses are welcome! 😉

Addresses are now LOCKED ✅ | Get ready for fulfilment 🔥

Hello Backers,

We are back with a super brief update to let you know that we just locked all addresses in BackerKit so we can start fulfilment soon. 

Still need to update your address? 🤔

Ideally, all packages will be shipped before October. If you are currently at a different address from what you originally provided in BackerKit, please reach out to us asap.

Shipment tracking 🛳️

Once your game is shipped you'll receive a shipping notification to the email address we have on file in BackerKit. In case you don't receive your tracking information or order by November, please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll look into it for you.

Coming up next 💫

We can't wait to reveal the upcoming LUDOS collection in the next update. We've been working hard playtesting and selecting these games in the past months. Your suggestions were also taken into consideration 😉 Hope you'll like how the selection turned out. Stay tuned!

Hello Backers,

It's great to be back with some awesome news. Let's get straight to the point: it seems you'll receive your games months early! 🔥 Please accept this video from us. We are super excited about delivering LUDOS Asia to you all:

‼️SUPER IMPORTANT‼️ 

Locking your addresses July 1st 😱🚀

We will be locking your addresses on July 1st (next Monday) at 11am EST, so we can prepare for fulfilment. This is the time to head over to your BackerKit account if you need to make any updates. In case you moved to a different state in the US or changed to another country you'll need to send us or BackerKit a message, as we can only apply such changes from the back-end because these updates might have tax implications.

Backers: Wait, what? December is still 5 months away! 

Lemery Games: Regardless of the planned delivery date, LUDOS Asia is speeding through manufacturing like never before. We got confirmation that all components have been manufactured, and the games are being assembled.

Backers: So does this mean we'll receive LUDOS Asia months early?

Lemery Games: Seems like it. If everything continues to go as smoothly as in the previous weeks, chances are you'll all receive your games as early as September!

Fulfilment plan 🌎

How will we deliver your games this time?

United States: will ship most US orders straight from the manufacturer. Some will ship to our US warehouse first, by sea. Expected order delivery: mid August-mid September.

United Kingdom: will freight ship UK orders (takes about 25-30 working days) to a local warehouse. Expected order delivery: September.

Europe, Australia and Canada: will ship orders straight from the manufacturer. Expected order delivery: August.

Asia: will ship orders straight from the manufacturer. Expected order delivery: mid July - mid August.

Rest of the world: some will ship straight from the manufacturer, some will ship from Europe. Expected order delivery: September.

What's next?

If you don't need to make any updates to your address, just sit back, relax, and wait just a tiny bit more to receive your game(s). We are working hard to deliver early for you. In the meantime we are working on the next collection in the LUDOS series. Will be back with more details soon!
